- 30 day written notice to terminate
- Rents due on the 1st of each month
- Refundable Security Deposit may be required
- Storage Units are to be used as described - for storage of non perishable, non flammable, only legal items
- Units are subject to inspection
- You agree to insure your property - we'll insure ours
